1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Hi Bagi (hibagi.click) and its users. Hi Bagi is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. hi bagi reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• All services provided by hi bagi are intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• All information, odds, and results provided by hi bagi shall be considered final.
• Hi Bagi is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors or third-party issues.

2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a Hi Bagi account. Registering with false or misleading details may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Policy

Only one Hi Bagi account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

• The mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include both numbers and special characters.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your own account.
• Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your permission, contact Hi Bagi support immediately.

3 Age Verification Important

You must be at least 18 years old to register with hi bagi. We are committed to protecting minors from accessing our gaming platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Hi Bagi may request a copy of your National ID, birth certificate, or passport for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

• If it is found that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately.
• Deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method through the appropriate legal process.
• We recommend enabling parental controls to protect underage members of your household.

4 Deposit Policy

Hi bagi supports multiple payment methods for deposits, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact hi bagi support.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Hi Bagi does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though payment gateway fees may apply.

Deposit Verification

Hi bagi is committed to preventing money laundering. If unusual deposit patterns are detected, the account may be held for verification. Proof of income source may be requested if necessary.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from Hi Bagi are quick and straightforward. Most withdrawals are processed within 1–12 hours. However, if KYC verification is not yet complete, your first withdrawal may take longer.

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Processing Time

• Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket: 1–6 hours
• USDT (TRC20): 1–3 hours
• Bank Transfer: 12–24 hours

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Hi bagi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the bonus page. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• The maximum stake per bet placed with bonus balance is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Hi Bagi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, hi bagi reserves the right to forfeit the bonuses and winnings associated with the account in question.

7 Betting Rules

Please read the specific rules for each game or event before placing a bet on Hi Bagi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Sports Betting

• Live betting options become available once a match has started, though not for every match.
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with hi bagi's rules.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a system error, hi bagi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• All currency transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Casino Games

• All casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) to determine outcomes fairly and impartially.
• Hi Bagi never manipulates game outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, it will be settled in accordance with Hi Bagi's rules.

8 Prohibited Activities Important

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hi Bagi platform. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.

• Creating and operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or using hedging strategies.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using Hi Bagi for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the hi bagi system.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment method.
• Participating in match-fixing as a representative of a professional team.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Hi bagi reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. However, if an account is closed for a valid reason, any remaining balance will be returned.

Account Closure by User

You may close your Hi Bagi account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

• If your account is closed due to a violation of our rules, your balance may be forfeited.
• Hi bagi is not obligated to provide a reason, but users are generally notified by email.
• To appeal a decision, contact support within 30 days.

10 Limitation of Liability

Hi bagi services are provided on an "as is" basis. hi bagi is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Third-party payment gateway issues.
• Loss of login credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

Hi bagi's total liability shall in no event exceed the total balance held in the user's account.

11 Responsible Gaming

Hi bagi views responsible gaming not merely as a rule, but as an ethical commitment. We want every user to enjoy their experience free from pressure.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
